Kerri Cole has been the project coordinator for the Center for Food Safety in Child Nutrition Programs for the past nine years. Kerri came to the Center with a broad background of experience including teaching high school family and consumer science, serving as a Kansas State University Family and Consumer Science extension agent, and working as a research assistant for a food safety grant. Kerri’s early work experience started with part-time work in restaurants, and as she transitioned to a full-time professional, she focused her teaching and extension work on food safety and safe food handling. Kerri earned her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Central Oklahoma.
